@panafricanaffairs: A story that is raising serious questions in the Bronx. Los Angeles-based artist David Sebastian was reportedly arrested by the NYPD in connection with painting a memorial mural honoring 15-year-old Javits Frimpong. Javits was fatally shot on October 29, 2026, while walking to school in the Bronx. His father has spoken publicly about alleged bullying before his son’s death. Police have investigated bullying as one possible motive, but no motive has been officially established. Javits dreamed of becoming a doctor. His family and community deserve answers. What are your thoughts on artists creating memorials to honor victims? #justiceforjavits #ghanatiktok🇬🇭 #tiktokghana🇬🇭 #bronx #bx

Policing is just a job now, no longer a community servicing. Courtesy, "PRIDE", RESPECT us a joke and the divide existing now is overly erupting into something beyond chaotic. If the rift is not properly addressed soon nothing good is going to become of an already divided society. Just when we thought the Knicks winning was a somewhat pride strengthening highlite. There was a MUCH better way to engage in this instance clearly than the way these morons did. If this is the representation of what today's department puts forward a definite "REBOOT" is needed. In what way is this de-escalation in an already intense situation🤔
