This is worst for the family honestly 😭 to know they were alive, made it through the storm. Maybe they were going up there to try to look for help and then fell 😭 did it list when the est of death was?

How are they able to tell from an autopsy that their climbing gear failed? Are they just assuming that’s what happened because of the blunt force trauma?
