at my old job (at a store) lady complained about me all the time and yet always went through my check out lane. one day I go shopping at my old store and i start talking with the managers and she walked up and said "you know he is your worst employee, every time I shop here is so rude to me in the check out" I actually got to reply "lady I have not worked here in over 3 years" the women looked so flustered as she walked away

It was because of customers like this that I had to take a break from management. I just couldn’t handle the entitlement, and the owner of our franchised definitely operated on the customer is always right mentality. He would never even listen to managements side at all. Oh and bet all of the problem customers had the owners personal phone number.
