There should be at least one more train after 2am. If you’re going home from Manhattan, the last train to get to west side ave and Bayonne for example from Newport would be at 2:08 am. If you come after that time, you are screwed until 5 o’clock in the morning.

I’m from Jersey and now live in Manhattan - I get infuriated whenever I have to go to Jersey to see family. It’s so neglected when there are plenty of cities that need it. I honestly don’t ever see myself moving back 😭 even if I move to a more suburban area, I’m staying NY.
