I was talking to an avoidant, and most likely narcissistic, man and left him at 4 months in. I’m so proud because the man before him got 4 YEARS out of me and it was horrible… this time it was like my nervous system was like “no we are absolutely not going down this path again”

I was married to one for 20 years and just replayed an avoidant dating cycle recently. Can you say what the red flags are to me they pop up after three to six months not immediately. It’s when you need them to be emotionally available it comes out.

I wonder if you can speak more about your body’s physical reaction. I spoke with a person for a couple of days and out of nowhere he switched up on me and I caught it immediately. I began to lose my peace and had extreme bubble gut. I don’t understand how we stay after that. It’s so uncomfortable. It’s like your body warning you.
