@seejasmin: I did not think that eggs Benedict was going to be delicious. I believe that I was pretty fearful of the hollandaise sauce because at least in every cooking competition show the hollandaise sauce and the fear of it breaking is always an issue and I don’t think I could even recognize what a broken sauce looks like and so I did not want anything to do with the eggs Benedict but the resturant (whose name I can’t remember right now ) had did so well with the appetizers that I felt hopeful and had enough in my budget that I could get two dishes, one sweet and one savory and so I tried the eggs benedict and this is what was served to me. It was absolutely delicious. I thought the sauce was amazing creamy I do wish I had a little more paprika a little more cayenne also, I should’ve asked for the hashbrowns to be extra crispy or well done home fries. I think I wanted something with a little more crunch because the sauce and then the soft egg made for really soft bite and the English muffin wasn’t toasted underneath. Those are the only adjustments I would’ve made other than that very good. I am looking forward to another brunch eggs benedict.
