Let's suppose that you're getting a golden pull, it has: 5.625% chances of getting Mizuki if it's promotional banner. 5.555% chances of getting Mizuki if it's standard banner. You can only get one constellation of Mizuki, and Mona probably was the most popular pick on previous anniversary events. So who in the world actually have her C6 and consider that's Cost 0? 🥀 Then consider C6 Qiqi as Cost 0 Support for every other character and C4 Mona for Mualani.
