Apparently they take a medication called dexamethasone and it’s side effects is puffy and swollen face so they take it to get rid of their “slim” face. It’s dangerous to take it because it’s a prescription only medication and you cannot legally get it from the pharmacy. It’s used to treat certain medical conditions so regular people can’t just take it, it has to be supervised but somehow it’s advertised to them as weight gain pills and something that can get rid of their slim face. Side note I’m not a medical professional, I got this information from the journalist (abdinasir sola) who said he researched what they were taking.

you are almost right. Steroids change the way your body stores fat causing more fat to collect around the cheeks and face.They also make the body hold on to salt and water which makes your face look rounder and puffier.

steriod tabs like dexa, the side effects is usually moon face plus some parts big and some other parts thin.. they are dangerous and can cause kidney and liver issues take care girls
