@ibs.pal: The saddest part of having IBS for years is how normal everything starts to feel. 💔 The constant pain, sleepless nights, questioning every new symptom and somehow still having to get through the day like nothing's wrong. You get so used to it that you forget how exhausting it actually is. And just because you've learned to live with it doesn't mean you don't deserve to feel better. I've been using IBS Pal to understand my symptoms and spot possible patterns instead of constantly guessing. Which one hit closest to home? #ibs #chronicillness #invisibleillness #relatable #fyp
In my worst ibs cases I always have a stabbing pain in the right lower area and every time I am afraid that technically it could also be an appendicitis and that I would realize when it’s already to late…

Honestly, this has made me tear up. At least once a week I am up in the middle of the night for hours in crippling pain and I feel exhausted from it all
