The Hell’s Kitchen one got to be a joke?! Like who is seriously paying almost half a million $ for this? Wow New York has really lost the plot. You could get a 2 bedroom house in upstate NY or CT and commute for that price.

As a past real estate agent, I would recommend walking the area for both apartments later in the evening so you can get a feel for what it looks like after dark.
