@bradycliffrd: Flyin home today - 13 hours of flying among other bits of travel gonna have me f’d up but boy am I excited to be home. I’m still gonna mourn the trip and wish I was out there, but I’m also so excited to be in routine, doing the things I love, in my beautiful home surrounded by friends and family. And I feel like I’m so lucky to be excited for that. Building an 8 week plan for dialing everything in from my training, sleep, nutrition, social media, prepping for school, to give these next two months my best shot before uni. So excited to see what I can do and soak it in. This workout is me allowing myself to have fun, train high volume, and stick to my goals before going on a structured plan.
