Apparently I caught an attitude with my manager because she told me to food run when I’ve been doing everybody’s side work all day since 11 o’clock in the morning by this point, we had a rush and it was 7 PM and when she addressed me, I told her that I’ve been doing literally everything carrying the weight of the restaurant and that I was one person she took it as me being disrespectful and decided to cut me mid rush at 7 PM.. keep in mind.. It’s a Saturday- i just don’t get it

That's the right attitude to have at any workplace - just get through the next 8 hours or whatever. Don't expect change, or healthy functioning or normalcy. Just get it done and go home!
