i’ve commented this before on your posts but if you haven’t already, YOU NEED TO GET A COLONOSCOPY. blood and mucus-filled diarrhea, combined with the perianal abscess are major signs of IBD, specifically crohn’s disease

WTF why hasn’t the doctor put you in the hospital? Something is going on that needs to be tested. I have Crohns I did the going back and forth to the dr during one flare. Finally I was admitted 3 days of tests ( now in the hospital happened quickly) turned out I was having a reaction to the antibiotics I needed to take then though an IV and bypass my stomach. It took a week in hospital with constant medical treatment for things to calm down

Buddy... this might sound out there... but get a COVID test. My COVID (in the COVID times) was completely different than "normal". Started with migraine, then I started to throw up (thinking it was from the migraine), then I got a HORRIBLE diarrhea and then 3 weeks of neurological symptoms 🙄 oh yeah... and no smell.

Im wondering if you have been tested for IBD? It can cause fistulas and all those symptoms sound like it.

My son has Crohn’s and patchy colitis. His first symptoms was recurrent peri anal abscesses and fistulas it took a year to get him diagnosed at 12. Keep pushing keep fighting I hope you get answers and relief soon

I was exactly like that before I received my Crohn's diagnosis.. I was exactly like you are describing for 2 years before they would believe me.. kept saying my markers were within range!!

Had something similar a few years ago - went to GP who prescribed Buscopam - did a stool sample and was contacted to say I had e-Colin 0157! Be cautious

C diff causes colitis.. it literally shreds your colon from the inside out, it HURTS so bad, blood, mucus, bile.. it’s so bad. Worst illness I’ve ever had. It doesn’t always smell, it can seem to “improve” and then comes back.. those probiotics aren’t enough either, you need polish kefir from the fridge

Bless you, is there anyway i could gift you some probiotics via an Amazon wish list or something?? I have chronic stomach issues so just seeing you go along this journey has been heartbreaking but also relatable at times💔 probiotics may not work but it is definitely worth a try. I found the biokult ones to work well for me, they are in an orange packet. I would happily get you some if it means you may feel just a little bit better x
