As a Bolt driver, I transported quite a number of people around 2 AM. Out of curiosity, I asked some of them why they were still going to work while their colleagues were on strike. Honestly, their responses were shocking! Gents, we need to understand the importance of solidarity. You cannot claim to stand with your fellow workers while secretly finding alternative ways to report for duty through the back door. When workers unite for a common cause, everyone should understand the importance of standing together. A strike is only as strong as the solidarity behind it. Stop undermining the very struggle that is meant to improve working conditions for everyone. United we stand, divided we fall.
