Speed is not the issue here it’s improper securing of the load, if it was secured properly with appropriately rated chains/straps the trailer would turn over before the load escaped

I still remember when a logging truck tippeds load load at the Capilano Curves 20 years ago. Mom and her daughter are no longer with us. This also seems like speed may have been a factor

Kinda looks like all of the straps were over the top layer and none on the bottom. Hard to tell though.

pipes came loose when he hit the overpass then when he jumped the curb his flip flops fell off then he hit the gas instead of the brakes. and the baler twine snapped. could've happened to anyone

Straps my not have been great but this guy was hauling it around that corner to try and get ahead of the traffic coming from a green light. If he wasn't pushing it and just took his time and drove professionally, he may have made it to his destination.

he was going too fast and the tie down were under rated and not to specs. should use big chains for tie downs.
