100% true. im sure alot claim this and it may not be true but it is for me. I find myself upsetting people alot indirectly. I think it mostly happens when they try to disrupt me in some way but I dont react/care/retaliate etc and essentially they have nothing to observe/think about other than their own actions- 'mirrior'.
