He's recognizing the moral weight of his actions and his decision to stop matters a lot ofc, but it doesn't change the fact that he was part of the deception from the very beginning. This was their plan all along ,and regardless of the fact that he never expected to fall for Ing and that his feelings eventually became genuine, he's already betrayed Ing's trust. Thiis will shatter everything for Ing. At the aame time , it's important to acknowledge how much Itt's manipulation influenced Yok's perception of Ing and consequently,his decisions. yok was led to believe a completely distorted version of who Ing was , and that context matters when looking at his actions. yeah it doesn't excuse his choices or take away his responsibility, but it's not fair to overlook the extent to which he was manipulated or simply reduce his character to that of a villain.mAnd what we saw in this ep with Ing's cousin makes this whole contrast even more striking!! Seeing how Ing handled that situation gave Yok another clear confirmation of who Ing really is, and just how different he is from the person Itt had led him to believe he was.And EXACTLY bc of what we saw in Ing's reaction toward his cousin,I believe Yok's betrayal will hurt him even more deeply than Itt's. Yok has become Ing's exception, the person he allowed himself to get close to,rhe person who made him feel safe enough to open up and imagine a future together . so the pain wouldn't come only from being lied to, but from realizing that the person he trusted with that vulnerable side of himself had been part of the deception all along...
