I am a double board certified physician in Emergency Medicine and Wound Care. I also practice Aerospace medicine and Hyperbaric medicine. I would be happy to be your phone a friend for Emergency Medicine if you would be mine for ENT? We all need to work together.

Due to a clerical error my husband was billed over $3k for an MRI because insurance denied it. While getting it fixed, we found out self pay was $92. Make it make sense.

My $900 a month doesn’t even cover eye doc or dentist. Such a scam.

My daughter's Vitamin D test was declined by insurance so I had to pay $260 to Quest since they declined it after the fact. However, if I go to Quest's website, same Vitamin D test is just $75. 😒

I pay $200 a week out of my paycheck for insurance. Took my son to the dentist last month, copay was $195. Take them to the doctor, copay is $50. I’m fed up. I need that $200 extra a week because THIS ECONOMY IS SHIT!!!!!!

My insurance denied my labor. Literally fighting with them due to it being “unnecessary”. LABOR UNNECESSARY….. we pay 970 a month to them.

We are also uninsured. We put out premium amount in a high yield savings account and use Zion health share for emergencies! I can’t tell you how much much we have saved over the last two years! Every place gives a cash discount and we spent what we would have for one month of insurance in on year!

Our pcp is a concierge doc. We pay the practice directly $75 per month and we can see them 30 times a month if need be. If we need something the doctors can’t do at the practice like an mri, they send us to partners and at a big discount. LOVE them.

Registered Nurse. Same here! Cash pay! I put into a savings acct the amount I’d be paying for my monthly premium. That is my ‘healthcare fund’. I also have Aflac & they pay something towards whatever I’ve paid out. Top tier/most expensive plan…. $157.00/m. To me, worth it.
