Girl you just don’t gotta give AF anymore it’s so liberating. We did an improv group as team building and one thing was like someone in the circle pointing at someone to come up with a topic for them to act out and our CEO/founder pointed at me during a psych out and I just said “Ya motha” You could feel everyone suck the wind out of the room in fear and then he started riffing like a Long Island Jewish mother. Literally it’s not that deep

We are not afraid and don’t try to fit into the norm. I drop gifs all day, I message everyone, I call everyone. I work 24/7 I bring new ideas to the table all the time. Idk as a Gen Z in the work place from my pov everyone else is just to quiet walking on egg shells. We did a get to know your site director activity and I didn’t win because I didn’t know her so I messaged her and was like wassup how many kids siblings etc do you have because I didn’t know any answers lol 🤣
