@carbsaremyboyfriend: Literally the most beautiful restaurant in Rochester. The newly renovated Prime 26 is jaw-dropping. Between the interiors, the food, and the cocktails, I was seriously impressed. Here’s a rundown of everything we tried: • Metropolitan Cosmopolitan • Five Eighty Five (lavender & gin cocktail) • East Coast Oysters • Steakhouse Peppered Bacon • 35oz Cowboy Ribeye • Dry Aged Tomahawk Pork Chop • Espresso Crème Brûlée • House-made Raspberry & Concord Grape Sorbet We also got to preview two cocktails coming to the menu soon! One was inspired by the baker’s gingersnap cookies, and the other was named after one of their longtime regulars, Barbara. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, planning a date night, or just a Tuesday night with the girls, Prime 26 deserves a spot on your Rochester restaurant list.
