when I was in Kuala Lumpur at the McDonald's they had McChicken spaghetti. although I will say the KFC was delicious despite the fact that they put the brown gravy on white rice.

I went to a Johnny Rockets in Kuwait. They had a BLT on the menu. It's a pork free country which I forgot because I hadn't had bacon in so long. It was beef bacon & terrible 😕

no one goes to subway in the US?? there are 20,000 subways in the US 34k world wide and their corporate revenue stream is a billion dollars, someone is definitely going to subway, people just dont want to admit it.
