what I do is I script my ideal day & then the next day I do everything on that list or close to it and while I do everything I visualize my ideal day, so if I can't go to the gym I just do my exercises and visualize myself at the gym best. since everything is an experience anyways

i forgot i wrote a journal entry in a notebook that i was using to write down apartments i was interested in. after i got the apartment i wanted, i skimmed thru the notebook. it was a future journal entry, everything i had written down happened. everyday im grateful.
