the medical assistant, inventory, authorizations, medical coverage, office cleaner , sterilizer , I make new patient appointments , regular appointments , and I’ll sit in for front desk a few times a day while she takes a break or does something she needs to do. And I wear all of these hats every day all day for a tiny itty-bitty little $20 an hour. 😏🥺

I had a job that originally started with one responsibility then after learning my skills became 2 and then became 3 and then 4 roles! I asked for a raise and didn’t get one. When it was my time for an annual review the manager decided I would receive the lowest raise out of the entire company 🤯 Power trips and egos destroy good employees.. Hopefully you are good to your team 😉
