I’ve had my mom tell me stuff like that in disdain after I insisted on shopping in the men’s section. It’s hurtful, and I haven’t forgotten those words after years. It’s not uncommon at all. I miss on here where trans people uplifted each other of any identity. When clothing, pronouns, and gender were said to be separate categories. I’ve never experienced or witnessed so much infighting as I have now :(
