@abbeyyung: I shared a video showing my severely damaged hair last week and saw tons of comments like this one saying that my hair wasn’t even damaged. Long hair can sometimes be deceiving, so I totally get it! Here are the signs of damage that I wish I was aware of sooner, so that I could have done more to prevent my hair to getting to this point. Also, this video isn’t meant to suggest that my hair went from that severely damaged state to where it is now *only* because of my routine. I obviously have significantly reduced the amount of bleach I get since then, which makes a big difference! But as someone who knows what it’s like to have severe damage, and still regularly damages their hair with bleach, coloring, heat & UV, my routine still plays a crucial role in maintaining the health of my hair as it grows! #hairdamage #damagedhair #hairjourney #healthyhairjourney
