Do more research. If the prop was written to only impose a one time tax just for billionaires we would have voted yes. It did not pass because those of us that live and pay taxes here do not want to pay more, and could very easily have happened based on how it was written.

This prop had loopholes. And written very confusing. It was a 1x tax on the rich and after that they can tax the middle class on their saving and equity.
