@cbssacramento: Democratic Rep. Adam Gray has won reelection in California's 13th Congressional District, CBS News projects, defeating Republican Kevin Lincoln, Stockton's former mayor. Gray won his first term in 2024 by unseating Republican Rep. John Duarte by just 187 votes, the closest House race in the country that year. Duarte had beaten Gray by 564 votes two years earlier. Both races were held under the district's old boundaries. Lincoln conceded the race on Wednesday, congratulating Gray on his reelection and thanking his supporters for their work on the campaign.
