I’ve woken up 20 times once. I couldn’t get out of the loop. I was having an anxiety attack in the real world but kept waking up in the dream work

i experienced this just a few days ago, i fell asleep and suddenly i woke up (in my dream), then i got outside and saw a plane ripped in half, the other half had survived on top of the house infront of us, while the other had blown up. Then because of that i felt scared and screamed for help, that is when i woke up again (still in my dream), then i ran outside to see if it was real and it is. Then i screamed again, so that is when i finally woke up, i still remember it so clearly and im still scared of it.

Hi :
This happened to me about 3 weeks ago. I was hitting the snooze button to much that I like kept sleeping and waking up, and before I went back to sleep In my last snooze I told myself I would wake up for work. Well in that last dream, my alarm went off I got up for work got ready dressed and arrived at work. Until I realized in that dream that I was asleep still so I kept trying to wake up but I kept waking up in dream but it went on for like 10 more times till I got a huge panic attack and in my dream I called my mom over the phone and ask she asked me what was wrong and I said “I CANT WAKE UP” she was going to respond and that’s when my real alarm went off again and woke me up for real real. This all happened within 9mins. I have my snooze for 9mins.
