Oh yes I have thin fine hair. It used to be crappy but I did fine a system that I’m living and now my hair is thriving. It is still thin however the shedding has slowed and what’s left is healthy and strong. I am 61.

thanks for posting this. my hair is a little finner than urs but I always feel so alone too, seeing im not alone is helpful. I struggle with products and never know who/what to trust anymore.
