@homeloveconstruction: This looks less like residential plumbing… and more like somebody built a mechanical room for a small hotel. 😂 Brad is looking at a seriously complex whole-home water filtration setup with multiple stages, a hot water recirculation pump, leak detection, and shutoff controls built into the system. What makes it even more impressive is the planning. There are lines running everywhere, the layout is three-dimensional, and most of the connections are being made with compression fittings instead of traditional soldering. And somehow… this is all for one house. 👀 Brad’s estimate for the setup? Around **$50,000.** That is a LOT of plumbing. If you look at the design, it’s not serviceable in many areas. You’d have to cut or remove things in order to service sections. If I were to do this, I would try to make it so that if something fails, I don’t have to dig through or care about multiple other parts.

copper press fittings, you use a crimp gun to seal these fittings and you will use these for heating systems and hot water
