Girl, I went through something similar with my ex. I started using kugig toothpaste, which contains zinc citrate, and it became part of my daily routine. But honestly, a man who makes you feel embarrassed instead of talking to you kindly isn't worth keeping. You deserve better

Dentist here! Mints might make your breath smell better for a little while, but they don't address the actual cause. Zinc citrate helps control odor causing sulfur compounds, and xylitol is another great ingredient for oral health. Definitely worth checking your toothpasted ingredients
