I will say the eufy worked better for me with different flanges. I measured and ordered two sizes from legendary milk to insert and use with my eufy

I had the same issue with the Eufys until I figured out how to work them. I was getting 3 ounces which is not my normal output but I just had to play around. I also asked AI how to best use them for some help! If you’re interested, this is what I did. First get the Legendairy flanges. Nipple placement is everything when it comes to these pumps. I get better output when the pump is slightly upward. So lean forward, make sure your nipple is centered, and then push the pump a little up. Throughout the pump I also pull the pump out a little bit to make sure the nipple is still centered. Also, as you are trying to figure out what works, move the pump a little too to see if you get better output in different placements all while nipple is still centered. Also if you have elastic nipples, you need to take breaks. Pump for like 20 min, take a 5 min break and then pump again for another 10. That break makes a huge difference. And make sure you have the app so you can create your own DIY setting and just let it run. Also use the heat function. I think that’s everything!
