@lesdomakeup1: I started training again and being a lot more mindful of my nutrition at 6 weeks postpartum, once I was cleared to return to my regular programming! There's no timeline for when you should start pp, but this being my third baby I was mentally more than ready once I got the green light & i knew how good it felt to get back into a routine and start feeling like myself again and here we are!🫶🏼🫶🏼💪🏼

brb gonna cry bc I guess I’m not trying hard enough…😭 My little one is two & I’ve been consistently working out for 6mo now (running/walking & weights with the alive app) but I cannot drop weight to save my damn life.
