pretty sure u gotta pass on the left for this very reason, if u are going code 3 u should pass on the left and people are supposed to pull over to the right. That's what I was taught in EVOC.

even though it was a ending lane the X5 had no reason to merge over like that and didn’t use a turn signal looked like they thought it was a regular charger and they were attempting to block them from going around

Cop was at fault because emergency vehicles are required to pass on the left, while everyone else is required to move to the right. You can’t fault the SUV driver more moving to the right upon hearing an incoming emergency vehicle.

!!!For everyone wondering!! Unfortunately yes he is at fault he’s the sole occupant driving that car/has control over steering that vehicle. Oversteering/being cut off doesn’t put you “NOT AT FAULT”
