It doesn't make sense that they rushed to charge her. I've seen so many cases on tv where they take months to charge someone. There's no time limit for the DA

The way his head shakes no before he answers, his eyes flutter, he rubs & scratches all tells me he’s lying. Earlier in the trial when asked about their relationship he answered without hesitation, said yes instead of “yeah” and knew every detail.

This is absolutely spot on...... The only person who was slightly investigated, was lindsay. If Patrick told the 911 operator, that he's just found his wife in the garden with injuries, and that he didn't know what had happened. This case would probably have been handled differently. But Patrick set the tone... She did it...... And everything was made to fit around what he said. Patrick left that house after he sent that email. There was no reason or evidence he would have left earlier like the prosicution stated he did. They streached the timeline out to be longer as they knew people would question the timeline. 👏👏👏👏
