@simplegoodrecipes: Pineapple upside -down sugar cookie Ingredients: • Pillsberry sugar cookies • one can pineapple (drained) • maraschino cherry • 10 tbs slice butter • 10 tbs brown sugar Instructions: 1. line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. 2. For each cookie: place teaspoon butter on the parchment then sprinkle 1 tbs brown sugar over the butter. 3. Add a pineapple ring and place a maraschino cherry in the center. 4. Flatten a portion of sugar cookie dough and place it over the pineapple. 5. Bake @ 350 until the cookies are golden and the dough is fully cooked, 12-13 minutes. 6. Let cool 5 minutes, then carefully loosen and flip upside-down while warm. Enjoy! 😉
