Something that helps me is making a text to speech video of all of the affirmations I want to hear and I have it playing on loop CONSTANTLY. The best time to play it is when you sleep, the best kind are self concept ones are immaculate

it’s hard at first when ur new to it and have a lot of self doubt, i get that. so what worked for me at the start is chronic daydreaming lmaooo like i would literally sit somewhere for a long time and imagine what it would FEEL like when i have what i want, in detail. once you do that, hold onto that feeling throughout ur day. feel free to do that practice again if u lose the feeling here and there. eventually it’ll get easier to do that 24/7 and you’ll start acting and feeling like it’s already there without having to force it and then boom it arrives

I’ve manifested many things into my life and I keep it simple and don’t micromanage it, just “everything works out for me” and it does, I just keep on living my life. I’ve never realized it while it happened, only when I look back. Last year I wanted to go to Europe and have a bigger butt- this year I have both but I didn’t monitor the results every day
