Aldane Burkett :

Jamaican food is truly elite. The depth of flavor in real jerk—slow-smoked over pimento wood with that perfect balance of scotch bonnet heat, allspice, and savory thyme—is unmatched. Pair that with rich, tender curry goat, buttery rice and peas cooked down in fresh coconut milk, and crisp fried plantains, and it’s pure comfort. Everything is so bold, perfectly seasoned, and made with soul.
