Yall work 4 days a week (3 days off), which is why it’s 10 hour shifts , any overtime is 1.5x (there’s always overtime). Amazon T1 (warehouse worker) is about $22 an hour starting which is above minimum wage . A T4 manager can sometimes start at $24 - $25 an hour. At Amazon you really start only making good money when you hit T5 - T6 Sr management level and if you are hired externally . I don’t remember necessarily the rules but they can’t force you to stay to do extra overtime or “Forced Early Quit” since they contracted you for 40 hours a week. Don’t unionize , it’ll make the situation a lot worse.
