Try Bishop Arts, Trinity Grove, and West Dallas. A lot of newer builds with nice amenities and close to downtown area. Los Altos is cute.

As a locator I get, it’s apart of job people ghost us and we never get credit for our work. If you like the Lewisville area check out Main and Mill, Whitlow, Aura Main Street. Northfield Fairway in Frisco is a gem! If you’d like more help I’m here 🙋🏻♀️

Listen here mah, if you download the locators video on here upload it to google gemini AI it tells you what apartments complex & gives you all the information so you avoid having a apply through them. I understand that they won’t get paid because you’re not going through them if you get approved and they get upset about it but it’s just to become too much of a hassle.
