I think it’s awesome because of that it is caused people in my industry not to be able to refinance their houses. They are stuck with high interest rate rates so let it crash and let the bond market crash so people who don’t have money in stocks can actually save their houses instead of losing under foreclosures.

I was told AI was gonna pick up our dry cleaning, wash our cars and end work for all of us thus the crazy valuations…..the question with ai is what’s the revenue model…I mean many are baffled by tech in early days until they realize it’s a scam…remember internet boom in the 90s a website would cost 10 grand to make…now you can do it for free.the true intrinsic value was found out
