I think you should contact amazon and tell them your colorsoft is defective, if they send a replacement do a comparison before returning this one to make sure

I’m wondering if you got a bad device because I upgraded from the 2024 colorsoft to the 2026 and before I send back the first one I did a side by side comparison of the 2 because if it wasn’t better I was just going to return it and cancel my trade in but honestly my actual devices that I had my 2026 is better!, the colors are better in it & it is faster BUT I will say that my first one was from the original launch when so many had the dreaded yellow bar, mine did not have that but when compared to the new one the screen was much better on the 2026………again that’s just my experience with the devices that I HAD.
