What if you're hypermobile and have scoliosis? My hips are always out of alignment but also have a lot of subluxation when trying to workout.

You have some good tips here, but to clarify a few things for folks: Dysautonomia simply means a dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system, which can involve issues with everything from digestion to blood pressure to sleep. The autonomic nervous system (parasympathetic and sympathetic) are in charge of processes that are automatic. Proprioception problems are common in hypermobile patients, though the mechanism isn’t fully understood. There are several types of dysautonomia. It is true that autonomic issues often occur alongside hypermobility, for example, I have HEDS and POTS (POTS being a type of dysautonomia). Core strengthening is definitely very important, as is being aware of proper alignment and ROM for hypermobile patients. Another factor important to consider in this population with lower back pain is instability in the hips/pelvis, and weak glutes.

There is a fine line for me when I brace/use my core. I sometimes feel a pinch in my lower back when trying to be in a proper position . If I brace less I don’t feel the core. Any ideas I could try?
