Call an immigration lawyer as soon as possible, he can apply for a 42b application if he have been here in the U.S. for more than 10 years

Try to contact a lawyer to see if you guys can post bond for him. Also, ask if there’s a way he could qualify for a 42B. It’s a type of immigration relief he might be eligible to apply for since he has a child with autism. One of the main factors they consider is whether he has a qualifying family member who depends on him, so it’s worth asking a lawyer about his options. Sending prayers 🙏🤍
