@theinkwelljourney: A 10-year-old little girl from Philadelphia was supposed to be in a home where she was protected, cared for, and safe. Instead, Jalayshia “Malayshia” Alford was found dead in the trunk of a vehicle in New Jersey. Something about this case is deeply disturbing, and I have QUESTIONS! How does a child reportedly miss school without an immediate alarm being raised? Why were there days between her last reported sighting and the missing-person report? Who was responsible for checking on her safety? And most importantly, HOW DID THIS CHILD END UP DEAD IN NEW JERSEY? Foster care is supposed to provide protection, not place children in greater danger. We need answers about what happened, what warning signs may have been missed, and whether the systems responsible for her safety did their jobs. I’m not interested in spreading rumors or accusing people without evidence. I’m interested in FACTS, ACCOUNTABILITY, AND JUSTICE FOR THIS LITTLE GIRL! Because Jalayshia deserved more than a missing-person report and a tragic headline. She deserved a childhood. She deserved protection. SHE DESERVED TO LIVE! I’ll be going LIVE to discuss the troubling questions surrounding this case. What do YOU think needs to be investigated? #JusticeForJalayshia #PhiladelphiaNews #FosterCareAccountability #ProtectOurChildren #JusticeForChildren
