Hi I love watching your videos and learned a lot. When I do hand draws I still need another phlebotomist to help me put the tubes in the hub, not because I am lazy but because every time I let my hand that’s taunting the skin go the flow slows down. Any tips on that. Hopefully I make sense.

I always hold they’re hand that way I can better anchor the vein 🙂 plus I work in LTC so it also helps them not to pull away 😅
