I love that they’re bringing something a little different to La Jolla, with a mix of coastal European vibes, great food, cocktails and live DJs on the weekends. Chef James is helping shape the culinary program alongside onsite chef Luis Aguirre, bringing a Pan-Pacific inspired menu to the table.
