@eat.at.habibis: More than just a name… it’s a feeling. ❤️🇱🇧 “Habibi” means “my beloved” or “my dear” in Arabic. It’s a word rooted in love, warmth, and connection — and that’s exactly what we want every person who walks through our doors to feel. 🫶 At Habibi’s, you’re always more than a customer. You’re family. 🤝 📍 Habibi’s Chicken - 421 North Harlem Ave, Oak Park Illinois #habibischicken #oakparkillinois #meaningofhabibi #lebaneseculture #supportlocal

You know what else sometimes when you’re like a really smart doctor and you win a Senate race you can call the vice president of the United States who has treated you less than civilly Habibi too!! and then remind him that he has to wear you in in a delicious sense of irony.

it is such versatile word. I used to work for a Muslim Man and when he would talk to his friends in the shop he would do it half in Arabic half English and any time he said Habibi it was like him saying Bro. Dude. we aren't going to do this. verse when he would call me Habibi... which very much was his saying sister or Hun. he was great I have regretted having to leave the job
