Mike’s Red Tacos started out as a taco truck, but quickly went viral and expanded to three brick and mortar locations in San Diego. Now, they just opened their first Los Angeles location in Pasadena, and LeBron’s even an investor! There’s something for everyone here, as long as you like birria. My biggest recommendations? The Crunchstack, a Taco Bell Crunchwrap dupe that actually stays crispy, and the smoky jalapeño salsa from their huge salsa bar.
