Prof, it is not as if they didn't know it was impossible to build 100 hospitals in 4 years. They Kew but were more interested in kick backs from contractors and not the hospitals. Even in the next 20 to 30 years, Ghana's economic fiscal space can not support the construction, completion, and functional operationalization of 100 hospitals. The first question we should ask ourselves is whether we have been able to fully operationaliza the existing hospitals and why? Some of our existing hospitals are death traps (very dilapidated) and so why hasten to construct and 100?
